This is not satire or humor. It’s factual. Now that our Supreme Court, who is no longer very supreme, has put a temporary hold on deporting illegal alien gang members who are here to make trouble and hurt people, I have lost my cool. Just when did it become the courts’ decision as to who can stay and who can go? And, when did the Constitution get changed so that illegal aliens have due process in our legal system? I may not have a degree in law, but I’m well aware that these illegal aliens are not citizens. So, let’s look at how citizens versus non-citizens are treated in 2025 in America.
Due Process
If you are not a citizen of the United States, the judges, Democrats, some Republicans and our alleged Supreme Court will bend over backwards to award you due process. They’ll stop you from being deported and even come to another country to bring you back. It doesn’t matter to them that you are a murderer, sex trafficker, drug dealer or rapist.
If you are a citizen and you are invited to walk into the Capitol Building to walk around and take some pictures, you are arrested, jailed and wait for trial for months or years. You don’t get due process. And nobody cares about you. Not judges, Democrats, Republicans or our alleged Supreme Court. Nobody will come to get you and everybody ignores you. It doesn’t matter to them that you never even got a parking ticket.
Taxes
If you are not a citizen, you get to live in the United States tax-free. But, if you are a citizen, you get to pay taxes so that non-citizens don’t have to pay taxes.
Healthcare
If you are not a citizen, you get free access to healthcare. If you are a citizen, you get to pay for your own healthcare. More often than not, the free healthcare has better coverage than what a citizen pays for. So, a citizen gets to pay for her/his own healthcare and gets to pay taxes so that non-citizens get better healthcare.
Cell Phones
If you are not a citizen, you are given the latest and greatest cell phone and a plan that is paid for by the government. If you are a citizen, you get to buy your own cell phone and pay for your own plan. So, a citizen gets to pay for a cell phone and pay taxes so a non-citizen can have the best cell phone.
Housing
If you are a non-citizen, you can live in a luxury hotel, brand new apartment building or squat in somebody’s house. If you are a homeless American citizen, you can live in a tent on the street or on the street itself. It’s ironic how the liberals used to cry about the homeless. And now, they don’t care about them at all. I’ll bet if the homeless people said they would vote for Democrats, that dynamic would change back.
Conclusion
This I say to the Supreme Court justices. I question your legal knowledge and whether you have ever read the Constitution. As I said, I don’t have a law degree, but I may possess more knowledge than you. A non-citizen that broke the law to get to our country has no rights to due process. The only right they have is to be arrested or go home. They have no protections under our Constitution.
Justice Roberts is compromised by the globalists and Barrett (I won’t call her Justice anymore) is scared to death of the liberals. Barrett also wants to be one of the “it” liberal girls on the bench. She has been one of the biggest disappointments in my lifetime. President Trump gives her one of the most prestigious positions in the country for the rest of her life at a very high salary. And, she let’s fear dictate her decisions. Get a backbone!
