In 2020, the Democrats had all the plans in place to thwart President Trump in his reelection campaign. Knowing they cheated to win the 2020 presidential election, the Democrats orchestrated January 6th. It was pretty common knowledge that Trump would run again in 2024. But, the Democrats gleefully celebrated their deceit while Trump hunkered down at Mar-a-Lago. This time Trump had the plan.
Lawfare
Coming off of their January 6th ploy, the Democrats got big heads and decided they can get away with anything. So, they overplayed their hand on the January 6th Committee. They couldn’t strike gold twice as hardly anyone cared or trusted the committee.
Then, the Democrats decided they would tie up Trump in court by indicting him on a bunch of bogus charges. And even better, they would have the trials in deep liberal municipalities. But, a funny thing happened on the way to jail. With every indictment, Trump’s polling went up. The Democrats didn’t expect this outcome, so they sharpened their claws. But, it didn’t matter.
Meantime
Meantime in Mar-a-Lago, President Trump had four years to plan his win in 2024 and what he would do as president. As a businessman, I’m sure he brought in a lot of super smart people to bounce ideas. For four years, Trump gathered information and formulated a presidential implementation plan.
This was different though. He studied the Democrats and identified their weaknesses. And, he anticipated their moves. He was winning the chess match. Trump has set a bunch of traps for the Democrats, and it is hilarious to watch them support government spending waste and illegal aliens. He has them backed in a corner and they have no idea what to do.
Media
Likewise, President Trump has the mainstream media supporting all of the things that Americans don’t support by an overwhelming majority. And, he is winning defamation lawsuits against major networks. In fact, defamation lawsuits are being brought and won by others also. The lies are catching up to the news liars.
To be honest, the mainstream media networks are sticking to their scripts that defy the will of the people. This will eventually catch up to them because they are on the wrong side of the people. It is quite entertaining to watch the mainstream media struggle to defend their unpopular positions. They fell right into Trump’s trap.
Deportation
President Trump is pure genius on this one. A huge majority of Americans want illegal aliens deported. So, he started like gangbusters. And, the Democrats did exactly what he thought they would. They sided with 30% of Americans to try to block deportation. The Republicans will take 70% of Americans on this issue.
Conclusion
I would have liked Trump to be president in 2020, but I’ll take the 2024 version of Trump as a consolation prize. Given four years to stew about the 2020 election, fight lawfare from the Democrats and survive two assassination attempts, Trump was loaded for bear. Just keep watching because he has four years worth of planning, so more is sure to come.
